This is the second bread I've tried. It's from the manual of the bread maker. It's basic and easy because I don't have to go out and buy any special ingredients. It looks and tastes pretty much the same as the basic white bread. But I 'think' the inside is softer and more moist than the basic white bread. So I probably like it a little better.
Of course I used vegetable oil instead of butter. I just don't bother go out to buy butter.
