100622 my easy sultana bread recipe



This is the third bread I've tried. The original recipe is here. I have changed the recipe according to what I have as below:

1 1/2 tsp Instant Dry Yeast
400gm plain Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
3 tbsp dark Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Milk Powder
2 tbsp Veg Oil
280ml cold water
100gm Sultana

use basic, raisin (4 hours), timer to delay 11 hours.

Everyone loved it. DD had the most. I cut half and brought it to work to share with my colleagues and they all loved it.
